Preparation 

When your Sea Moss arrives, it is important to thoroughly clean it with spring water. You may notice small rocks and other marine particles attached to the moss. This is because it is harvested from rocks at the bottom of the Caribbean Sea. All debris can be easily removed prior to rinsing.
